At Another Politics School, we met with our esteemed teacher Ali Hakan Altınay at the ‘Civilisation and Politics’ Workshop.

In the workshop, in-depth discussions were held on the meaning of civilization, social values, and the roles of individuals.

Ali Hakan Altınay emphasized the strong bond between freedom and responsibility by stating, "The republic belongs only to those who are free and responsible." He added, "Responsibility liberates us; every individual must take responsibility for social transformation."

In the session where participants shared their perspectives on civilization and politics, the importance of creating a collective consciousness in the construction of civilization was discussed.
