Council of Europe – Raoul Wallenberg Humanitarian Award Ceremony

Our Association President Elmas Arus was deemed worthy of the Raoul Wallenberg Humanitarian Award, which was given by the Council of Europe for the first time this year and will be given every two years. The award ceremony was held on January 17, 2014 at the Council of Europe.
