Support for the Dom and Abdal Communities After the Earthquake
For one year, we have been making determined efforts to improve the living conditions of the Dom and Abdal people affected by the earthquake.
Our Efforts in Hatay, Urfa, and Antep
- Distributed bread to 7,000 people.
- Provided temporary tents to 124 households.
- Supplied underwear to 1,500 people.
- Delivered sanitary pads to 1,000 women.
- Distributed flashlights to 2,000 people.
- Served food to 1,800 people.
Expanded Support Through Corporate Collaborations
- Tent support for 155 households in Antep and Urfa.
- Food and meal support for 125 households in Antep for one month.
- Sent 2 lorries of water to Antep and 5 lorries of food, blankets, and water to Urfa, Antep, and Hatay.
- Distributed hot meals to 400 people in Hatay for three months.
- Provided tents for 50 households in Hatay.
- Supplied 12,000 underwear sets and women's underwear to 633 households in Hatay, Urfa, and Antep.
- Delivered 4,800 underwear sets to Hatay, Urfa, and Antep.
- Distributed sanitary pads to 992 households in Hatay, Urfa, and Antep.
- Provided flashlights to 400 households in Hatay.
- Supplied pallets for tents to 152 households in Hatay.
- Offered cash support to 550 households in Hatay.
- Installed solar panels to supply electricity for 70 households in Hatay.
- Set up sanitation facilities with 8+8 cabins for showers and toilets in Hatay.
- Launched a laundry service with 4 washing machines in Hatay.
